HCC RENEWS ITS SUPPORT FOR ST MICHAEL’S HOSPICE ‘RUN HEREFORD’ 2023

We are delighted to continue our support of St Michael’s Hospice (Hereford) as our chosen Charity for 2023 and are incredibly proud to be their headline sponsor for RUN Hereford for the second year running.

We have a team of 10 running on behalf of HCC at this years' event across the different disciplines (5k 10k and half marathon). Now in its 43rd year, RUN Hereford is Herefordshire’s premier multi-discipline running event it and is widely regarded as Herefordshire’s biggest running event.

Taking part in RUN Hereford really does help St Michael’s Hospice. The money collected through fundraising and entry fees goes straight back into the quality, free-of-charge care they provide in their Inpatient Unit in Bartestree, through Day Services, and in people’s homes through the Hospice at Home service.

10 years and counting!

We would like to congratulate Leigh Howell, Jamie Williams, Christian Jones, Rod Phillips, Jonathan Pitt, Richard Leach and Darren Lee (pictured left to right above) on the completion of 10 years’ service here at HCC.  

Loyal and dedicated employees are the foundation to any successful company and HCC sincerely appreciate all the hard work and efforts put in by each one of their employees contributing to the company’s continued success.  We look forward to all the great things we will accomplish together in the coming years.

Great efforts by Team HCC - RUN Hereford 2022

On Sunday the 8th May some of HCC’s employees alongside other local runners, took to the roads of Hereford to take part in St Michael’s Hospice, Hereford RUN Hereford event. The event featured a half marathon, 10k and 5k with each route beginning at Herford’s Livestock Market on Roman Road.

Well done to all runners who took part, all runners did exceptionally well, including some of our own team coming top in their race categories.

At the date of this news item, HCC had managed to raise £355.00 through our JustGiving page.
